Skating Sessions July 25th & August 1st
Station based drills designed to teach, develop, and reinforce proper skating technique. Concepts like explosiveness, balance, speed, agility, and power will be highlighted.
Puck Skills Sessions August 8th & August 15th
Station based drills designed to teach, develop, and reinforce proper puck handling and passing skills. Concepts like soft and quick hands, deception and dangling along with hard, accurate passing will be highlighted
Scoring Sessions August 22nd & August 29th
Station based drills designed to teach, develop and reinforce proper shooting and scoring skills. Focus will be on proper technique for various shot types along with skills like changing shot angle, deking and speed of release will be highlighted
Goalie Sessions July 11th – August 8th
Station based drills designed to teach, develop and reinforce proper goaltending skills. Goalie development will be overseen by THA goalie coach, Kylie Stephens.
