The Triad Hockey Alliance, is seeking a Finance Manager Starting Fall 2023. You do not need to be a THA member to apply.
Finance Manager Duties:
The Finance Manager is responsible for all financial aspects of THA and reports directly to the Treasurer of the Board of Directors of THA.
Attends and provides financial reports (Budget, LO, Actuals) for Board of Director Meetings.
Move financial reporting into Quickbooks and maintain coding, reporting, etc.
Reconciles bank statements monthly, obtains sign off by treasurer prior to the monthly board meeting.
Works laterally with the Hockey Operations Director and Administrative Manager to ensure all operations fall within the operating budget as approved by the THA Board of Directors.
Collects, deposits, and codes all income in a timely manner.
Monitors and codes all online payments through SportsEngine to ensure accuracy.
Works with all vendors to ensure bills are received and paid in a timely manner.
Works with accountants and the treasurer to complete all tax filings timely and accurately.
Responds to financial inquiries in a timely manner.
Prepares and monitors the annual budget and apprises the board of any unforeseen variations that could arise.
